Refund Policy

Every subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You can connect stores, generate your dashboard, and send branded reports during the trial to confirm MerchantPilot fits your agency before any charge is made. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not billed at all.

If you are charged and change your mind, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After the first 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily for technical problems that prevented you from using the service.

Email thoopring@gmail.com from your account email address, with the reason for your request. We aim to review and process eligible refunds within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy.

You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges are made.
• Your store integrations de-provision cleanly at the end of the cycle, and any report templates already downloaded remain yours.

• Requests made more than 30 days after a charge (outside a documented technical fault).
• Renewal charges on a subscription you forgot to cancel, beyond the 7-day window above.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Because a 14-day free trial lets you fully evaluate the service before paying, we encourage you to use it to decide whether MerchantPilot is right for you.
